TR's Jacob Brown Selected To All Tournament Team


Jacob Brown was chosen to the seven man Neely Round Ball Classic's All Tournament Team last week in Greer. Others receiving the honor included: E.J. Evett (Seneca High School), Justin Bailey (Blue Ridge High School), Amar Anderson (Greer High School), Mark Frazier, Arnel Curicm and Treyvon Maddox.


Seneca's Bobcats won the tournament championship with Blue Ridge finishing second.


Individual game results:

Game 1: Seneca 68 San Jose Prep 50 - Seneca's E.J. Evett was named Player of the Game. Game stats were not provided by either school or tournament officials.


Game 2: Blue Ridge 65 White Knoll 40 - Blue Ridge's Justin Bailey was named Player of the Game. Game stats were not provided by either school or tournament officials.


Game 3: TRAVELERS REST 52 Greer 49 - Travelers Rest's Jacob Brown was named Player of the Game. Game stats were not provided by either school or tournament officials.


Game 4: Seneca 43 TRAVELERS REST 36 - Seneca's E.J. Evett was named Player of the Game and the trend of not releasing game stats continued.


Game 5: San Jose Prep 66 White Knoll 47 - Demarcus Allen was named Player of the Game.


Game 6: Blue Ridge 77 Greer 60 - Justin Bailey was named Player of the Game.


Game 7: Championship game, Seneca 52 Blue Ridge 43. E.J. Evett was named Player of the Game.


Game 8: TRAVELERS REST 64 White Knoll 30. Jacob Brown was named Player of the Game.


Game 9: Greer 64 San Jose Prep 55. Amare Anderson was named Player of the Game.
