Notice of Public Hearing The Slater-Marietta Fire District will hold a public hearing on June 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to adopt its budget for fiscal year 2024-2025. The public hearing will be held at 3001 Geer Hwy. Marietta, South Carolina. As required by Section 6-1-80 of the South Carolina Code, the following is provided: Current Operating Budget (2023-2024 fiscal year) Total Revenues: $604,902.40 Total Expenditures: 643,712.40 Proposed Operating Budget (2024-2025 fiscal year) Total Projected Revenues: $746,236 Total Projected Expenditures: $768,058 Proposed estimated percentage change in estimated operating budgets between the 2023-2024 fiscal year and the 2024-2025 fiscal year is 23.36%. Millage rate for 2023-2024 fiscal year is 27.10. Estimated millage in dollars is $710,296.30 for the proposed 2024-2025 fiscal year budget.
