Advertising rates: All rates, except for legal and public notice ads, are based on a case-by-case basis. Any long-term ads of one year or more may be subject to price negotiation. 

 

Advertising Types

 

Single post ad on one page: By default, your ad will be placed on our home page only, but you may choose any single page: your ad image, banner, and or message will appear once on a single page of your choosing. (Please note that you may receive a small discount on our single ad post-placement if you are not requesting the home for the location of your ad).

 

Legal and public notice ads: Please contact us directly via the contact us page or direct email/phone call. So that we can work directly with you to ensure all legal compliances are followed concerning your legal or public notice ad. Public notice ads such as a Notice Of Application To Sell Alcohol are published for three consecutive weeks for a flat fee of $75 per week and are payable by check in advance of publication. Public notices such as abandoned or towed vehicles are also published for three weeks for a flat fee of $35 per week and are payable by check in advance of publication. Affidavits of publication will be furnished after the three-week publication at no extra charge.

 

Multiple page Single post ad three pages max: Your ad image, banner, and or message will appear once on any three total pages of your choosing. For example, your ad will appear on our HOME page, SPORTS page, and CRIME AND REPORTS page. Please note that you may choose any of up to 3 total pages on the website to fit your needs ( you may choose any combination of pages that you wish to fit your needs). 

 

Single post ad all pages: Your ad image, banner, and or message will appear once on all pages on our website once. Although all main pages will feature your ad choice, your ad will not appear in our story posts. 

 

Story post ad only: Your ad image, banner, and or message will appear only in our story posts. Please note that all story posts, current, future, and past, will show your advertisement for the negotiated period.

 

Single ad on all pages and all Story posts: Ad image, banner, and or message will appear once on all our main pages as well as will appear in all of our current, future, and past stories. 

 

Large top front-facing banner ad: Your ad will display at the top of our page below our title banner font and center for all visitors to see. Currently, this ad choice is not available to be selected due to an existing contract with a current client. Please feel free to reach out regarding this, but currently, we only allow one client for our home page large banner ad at a time. 

 

Featured story post: A story post featuring your business (local businesses are preferred, but all businesses are welcome) will be posted in the same manner as all news stories that we run throughout the week. We will ask you questions about the business regarding the nature of it, your location, history, personal story, and services offered. The story will be written as more of a descriptive story and describe who you are and what makes your customers want to come there and keep coming back to you. Also, please be aware that your story will be marked as a sponsored story.

Political Ads: Political ads are accepted using any of the aforementioned formats. Political ads must be paid by check in advance of publication.
